A Vintage Girl Blog Hop

Candy Rosenberg, founder and creative force behind "A Vintage Girl" product line, has been professionally involved in the arts & crafts industry for over 10 years. As a scrapbooker and contributor to Scrap n’ Art online magazine in 2008, Candy attended the winter Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) trade show in 2009, bringing with her a small wire dress form embellished with Graphic 45 papers. The rest is what we would call history. Candy's unique and recognizable style was vintage right out the gate, but with only pastels and Creative Memories at her disposal, there were no products she felt she could use to complement her personal style and she had essentially stopped scrapbooking until she discovered Graphic 45.

After that fortuitous day at the CHA show, Candy spent several years working with Graphic 45, first as a design team member, then Design Team Coordinator and ultimately as their Marketing Manager. Graphic 45 is a family owned business, so after training the youngest sister, Candy decided to leave her marketing position to develop her own vintage product line, fulfilling a long time dream. She continued to work with Graphic 45 however, providing the company with a custom dress form for each trade show and worked with many other industry companies. In 2009 Candy acquired ownership of Scrap n’ Art magazine, allowing her to create, maintain and nurture creative and influential relationships with industry designers, bloggers and manufacturers, as well as members of craft and hobby trade associations while developing her own product line.

Fast forward to 2019 - Candy's products have recently been featured in the UK on Hochanda, a creative TV network and now Designer Crafts Connection members are honored and delighted to share their creative ideas featuring Candy's amazing new product line,

First I would like to wish Candy Rosenberg a Very Happy Birthday and say that I'm just in love with her new product line. I have so many ideas running through my mind after going through the blog hop. The designers did a great job. I specially loved Yolie's Chipboard Album and the heavy rust technique she applied to the gears. That along with the pipes reminded me of the book the Jungle by Upton Sinclair. I also really enjoyed Donna's Steampunk Dress Form Album. I'm very inspired by the way she made it vintage, feminine, and masculine at the same time. It was a great blend. Once again, everyone did an Amazing job.
